| Unfortunately, the garage was unable to repair the exhaust as they said they could upon the first inspection and then charged me $25.00 after they said they couldn't do it. Very poor service and my recommendations will reflect as such. |

| Amazing service. They have always been friendly and always take time to explain everything to me that I don't understand. Work is always done efficiently and on time. Also, the pricing is very competitive with other garages I used to go to, and they didn't even come close to the level of customer service that Red's exhibits. They have never tried to over sell me anything, and have always been very honest with me. I will never go to another garage, because nobody else compares to them. |

| I brought my vehicle to Red's for a 4 wheel alignment and the service, as always, exceeded my expectations. During this visit, their honesty and integrity also shone through.... I month earlier I performed a basic check up on my car and since that day I was never able to find a rather expensive wrench. Upon receiving my car back from Red's, I found my wrench along with a note from the staff that they had found it in the undercarriage and were sure I would be happy to see it again. The very fact that they returned my recovered tool speaks volumes about their shop ethos. Many other shops would have surely kept that shiny Snap-on 19mm wrench and not said anything. For this I am very grateful and will definitely return for all future maintenance requirements. |
